1. Entry is open to all permanent residents of Western Australia except employees and their immediate families of Macmahon Holdings Pty Ltd and Main Roads WA.
2. The competition is a game of chance. Prizes will be awarded to the first correct entries drawn by the judges.
4. Winners will be notified personally and the results will be published on the project website at http://www.reidhwyswan.com.au/
5. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. To claim a prize, winners must verify their identity with an acceptable form of photo ID (driver's licence, passport, proof of age card). Winners require a parent or guardian to claim their prize.
7. Prizes must be collected within 3 months from the date of winning. After that time, unclaimed prizes will be dealt with according to legislative requirements.
8. In the event that a winner chooses not to accept a prize, they forfeit any and all claims to that prize, which will be dealt with according to Macmahon subject to legislative requirements.
9. Prizes are not negotiable, non-transferable and not exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
10. In the event that a specified prize is unavailable, Macmahon will attempt to substitute the prize with another of similar value.
11. All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner, and Macmahon excludes all warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law.
12. Macmahon, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors and representatives are not responsible for defective prizes or misuse of any prize, or for any claims, liability, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with any competition promoted by Macmahon.
15. Entries open on Saturday, September 25 and close at 5.00pm WST on 30 November 2009.
